Minimal Invasive Shaping and Bioceramic Sealers

The final step of root canal treatment is three dimensionally obturation and bacteria-tight seal of root canals. For this purpose, all previous steps of root canal treatment must be performed well.
Appropriate shaping and obturation of the shaped root canals with materials that will ensure its sealing is inevitable.
The prognosis of the treatment will be affected by remaining dentin thickness during shaping and obturation with the filling materials that will contribute to the integrity of the tooth by forming a monoblock.
In this lecture shaping of root canals with minimal invasive approach and obturation with bioceramic based filling materials in order to maintain a monoblock will be discussed.
