Immediate Implantation and Current Approaches
 
Diagnosis and treatment planning are key factors in achieving successful outcomes after placing and restoring implants placed immediately after tooth extraction. The efficacy of immediate implant placement has been established and shown to be predictable if reasonable guidelines are followed. Some or all of the following suggestions, depending on individual circumstances, should be considered when evaluating a patient for dental implants: Through medical and dental histories, clinical photographs, study casts, periapical and panoramic radiographs as well as a linear tomography or computerised tomography of the proposed implant sites. Above all 3 dimensional position in immediate implantation is the key factor for success. In this presentation the advantages-disadvantages, indications-contraindications and complications of this procedure will be explained through various of clinical cases.And also detailed information about  custom abutments in esthetic region will be shared.
 
New Horizons in Oral Implantology

Increased success and survival rates led improved satisfaction in the aesthetic functional and emotional rehabilitation of the dental implant patient. Besides the conventional techniques, computer -assisted techniques, alternatives to the advanced surgery and precise placement of the prosthetic-guided virtual planning will occupy the future of the oral implantology. In this panel, the advantages of the digital implantology by Prof. Dr. Serdar Yalçın, short implants as an alternative to the advanced surgical procedures by Prof. Dr. Selim Ersanlı and static and dynamic guided surgery techniques by Ass. Prof. Dr. Volkan Arısan will be discussed thoroughly.
